How to get started...

I offer a free, 15-minute introductory call with no obligation. During this call, you can share an overview of what you're looking for and tell me a bit about your little one. I'll provide more details about my background and the support packages I offer.

If you decide to move forward, I'll send you a diary and short questionnaire to complete and return. This will help me build a comprehensive history of your child's sleep and wake habits over a 3-5 day period. With this information, I'll analyse the factors affecting your child's sleep, including timing, length, and quality.

Using these insights, I'll identify the root causes of your child's sleep issues and determine their specific sleep needs, allowing me to tailor strategies for effective sleep training. This ensures that your personalised sleep program is uniquely suited to your family's situation.
